The operation came first.

Business and finance shaped how I understand a requirement. Earlier management and supervisory work taught me to look at the people, constraints and consequences behind it.

Then I learned to build it.

Websites, shops and custom WordPress work turned that understanding into code. PHP and JavaScript became the foundation: themes, plugins, structured content and the behavior behind the interface.
